Platinum Converting is a leading provider of finishing and converting services for the graphic arts industry. Platinum produces a wide variety of made-to-order products used by many organizations for marketing, training, and other business processes. Platinum had grown extensively during the previous decade and ran a large job floor containing many machines. The process for quoting jobs and tracking their production had been completely manual. Platinum brought in Travant to design and develop a system that facilitated the estimating process and tracked all aspects of job creation. This eliminated duplication of data entry and thoroughly streamlined the processes for creating estimates and managing jobs. The centrally stored data has provided Platinum with analytics to fine tune various aspects of their business.
