Madden Communications facilitates promotional activities for its clients by acquiring or constructing all materials,
and managing the distribution, setup and associated purchasing and logistics for all marketing efforts. Madden uses
its in-house team of software engineers to develop specialized software tools for its clients to launch initiatives
and order associated products. To efficiently develop such a tool, Madden brought in Travant to provide quality
assurance services. Travant created detailed test plans and executed them against each build of the software
provided by the team. Microsoft Team Foundation Server was used to track the test results and to log defects that
